These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of STEMEdLib websites, learning modules, lab resources, mentorship programs, and community spaces. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly report a security issue.
Use STEMEdLib for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to disrupt the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or upload content that is harmful, discriminatory, or infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
STEMEdLib retains ownership of platform materials, branding, and underlying technology. Learners and educators retain ownership of original projects they create. By sharing content on the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it solely for learning and community engagement.
Some features integrate third-party tools (for example, video conferencing or code sandboxes). Use of those services may be subject to additional terms. We review providers for safety and compliance, but you are responsible for understanding their policies.
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using STEMEdLib, you acknowledge that data may be transferred and processed outside your home country with appropriate safeguards in place.
We welcome suggestions and ideas. Submitting feedback gives us permission to use it without obligation to compensate you, while we continue to honor the privacy expectations outlined in our policy.
STEMEdLib services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. We strive for high availability and accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, STEMEdLib and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may discontinue use at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued service would pose risk to our community. Upon termination, your right to use the services stops immediately, but certain provisions (including intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution) will continue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local regulations require a different jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before considering formal proceedings.
